摘　　要：目的:探讨谷氨酰胺和低分子肝素治疗老年重症肺炎的效果。方法:收治老年重症肺炎患者92例,随机分为对照组及观察组。对照组采用低分子肝素治疗,观察组采用低分子肝素联合谷氨酰胺治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组APACHEⅡ评分和治疗有效率均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:谷氨酰胺和低分子肝素治疗老年重症肺炎的效果显著。Objective:To explore the efficacy of glutamine and low molecular weight heparin in the treatment of elderly patientswith severe pneumonia.Methods:92elderly patients with severe pneumonia were selected.They were randomly divided into thecontrol group and the observation group.The control group was treated with low molecular weight heparin.The observation groupwas treated with low molecular weight heparin combined with glutamine.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,APACHE II score and treatment effectiveness were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of glutamine and low molecular weight heparin in the treatment of elderly patients with severe pneumoniawas significant.
