摘　　要：目的:探讨关节镜下正常半月板与盘状半月板损伤修复的特点。方法:收治半月板损伤患者,分为正常损伤组及异常损伤组,比较关节镜下两组半月板的损伤类别和修复类型。结果:两组纵裂、放射状裂、水平裂差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组半月板的修复类型中全切和部分切除比例差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),次全切比例差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:正常损伤组纵裂损伤最多,修复类型部分切除比例最高。异常损伤组水平裂最多,全切修复类型最高。Objective:To explore the characteristics of repair of normal meniscus and discoid meniscus injury under arthroscope.Methods:Patients with meniscus injury were selected.They were divided into the normal damage group and the abnormal damagegroup.We compared the damage categories and repair types under arthroscope of the two groups.Results:There were statisticalsignificances in longitudinal fissure,radial fissure and horizontal fissure between groups(P<0.05).In the type of meniscus repairof the two groups,there were significant differences in total resection and partial resection proportion(P<0.05),and there was nosignificant difference in subtotal resection(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the normal damage group,longitudinal fissure damage was themost,and the proportion of partial resection was the highest.In the abnormal damage group,the horizontal fissure was the highest,and the total excision repair type was the highest.
