摘　　要：目的:探讨MSCT对肾上腺外伤性血肿的诊断价值。方法:回顾分析经CT证实的肾上腺外伤性血肿31例的CT表现。结果:26例位于右侧肾上腺,4例位于左侧肾上腺,1例双侧肾上腺。CT平扫表现为圆形或卵圆形稍高密度肿块影。5例增强扫描,3例急性期血肿无强化,2例慢性期血肿边缘呈环形强化。结论:MSCT对肾上腺外伤性血肿的诊断具有重要的临床价值。Objective:To investigate the value of MSCT in the diagnosis of traumatic adrenal hematoma.Methods:We tookretrospective analysis of CT findings of31cases of traumatic adrenal hematoma confirmed by CT.Results:26cases were located inthe right adrenal gland;4cases were located in the left adrenal gland;1case was bilateral adrenal gland.The performance of CTplain scan was round or oval mass with slightly high density.In5cases with enhanced scan,there was no enhancement of acutestage hematoma in3cases,and there was ring enhancement of chronic hematoma margin in2cases.Conclusion:MSCT hadimportant clinical value in the diagnosis of traumatic adrenal hematoma.
