摘 要:提出一种电梯永磁同步曳引机转子初始位置检测方法。该方法在算法上改进了传统的脉动高频电压信号注入法,可以更快速、准确地检测出转子初始d轴位置。当向定子绕组中注入脉动高频电压信号,由于定子电感随转子位置θ变化,因此可以从高频电流响应信号中提取转子位置θ信息,结合磁场饱和引起的电感变化判断磁极极性。这种方法不需要精确的电机参数和额外检测硬件。实验结果验证了这种方法有效可行,尤其是能够解决低速甚至零速下的转子位置检测。An detection method of initial rotor position for the elevator of permanent magnet synchronous traction machine was proppsed.The approach improved the conventional fluctuating high-frequency voltage signal injection method in the arithmetic,the position of d-axis could be faster and more accurately calculated than the traditional method.When the fluctuating high-frequency voltage signal was injected into the stator windings,the rotor position could be gotten from the current response signal because the stator windings inductance varies with the rotorpositionθ.The direction of rotor flux was achieved.Motor parameters and extra hardwares were not necessary in this method.the experimental results show the feasibility and effectiveness,especially in the low speed and zero-speed.
