摘 要:深水高温油气田开发对海管防腐层提出了更高的要求,阴极剥离是防腐层失效的最主要表现形式。本文介绍了阴极剥离的作用机理,重点阐述了海管防腐层高温阴极剥离的影响因素-次氯酸盐、表面预处理、温度、涂层缺陷等,建议从管道涂层的涂敷预制和长期服役两个阶段综合分析阴极剥离的影响因素,尽快建立高温阴极剥离的专业标准。Deep water high temperature oil&gas development requires anti-corrosion coating of pipeline to have a better performance.Cathodic disbondment is the major failure mode of anticorrosion coating.In this article,the mechanism of cathodic disbondmentwas introduced.Factors influencing High-Temperature Cathodic Disbondment of anticorrosion coating of subsea pipeline were discussed with emphasis,which were hypochlorite,surface preparation,temperature,coating defects,etc.It is recommended that comprehensive analysis on factors influencing High-Temperature Cathodic Disbondment shall be made on the stages of piping prefabrication and long-term service,to establish professional standard of high temperature cathodic disbondment as soon as possible.
