摘　　要：介绍了煤化工煤制甲醇生产中气化装置中磨机系统存在的问题,对磨机振动超标原因进行了研究探索,并对磨机系统进行技术改进,提高了磨机系统运行安全性,实现了长周期稳定运行。This article introduces the problems existing in the mill system of gasification unit in coal to methanol plant.It focuses on vibration in mill system and offers technical improvement for the system,which improves the safety of the system and the stable operation for a long period of time.
