针灸疗法对急性脑梗死后抑郁患者临床疗效及血清VEGF水平的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨针灸疗法对急性脑梗塞后抑郁患者的临床疗效及对血清中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平变化的影响。方法将82例患者随机分为两组,对照组给予赛乐特(盐酸帕罗西汀片)治疗,治疗组接受赛乐特和针灸治疗,疗程为4周。采用在治疗前后进行汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评定及血清VEGF的测定,酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定VEGF,统计学采用t检验和c2检验。结果经过4周的治疗后,HAMD评分经针灸治疗后减分明显,治疗组总有效率80.49%,对照组总有效率51.22%。血清VEGF水平治疗组(298.11±56.23)pg/mL和正常对照组(203.32±27.16)pg/mL相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。VEGF水平在针灸治疗后有显著性提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸治疗脑梗死伴发抑郁症较单用西药治疗有较好的疗效并且可以提高血清VEGF水平。Objective To investigate the clinical effect and the changes of serum Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor(VEGF)after acupuncturetreatment in post-stroke depression(PSD)patients.Methods82PSD patients were randomly divided into two groups.Fifty-three PSD patients intreatment group with Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets and acupuncture for four weeks,fifty-three PSD patients in control group with Flupentixoland Melitracen.Serum VEGF levels were measured by ELISA.Clinical symptoms were evaluated with Hamilton depression scale(HAMD).All patientswere measured with HAMD and serum VEGF before and after treatment.Statistics by t test and c2test.Results After4weeks of treatment,the HAMD score was significantly decreased after acupuncture treatment,80.49%patients had symptom relieves after acupuncture treatment.51.22%patients had symptom relieves of in control group.The serum VEGF level in control group(298.11±56.23)mL/PG and the normal controlgroup(203.32±27.16)mL/PG difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group patients serum VEGF level was significantlydifferent from the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture treatment of PSD compared with single use western medicine has better curativeeffect.The result indicated that Acupuncture can raise the level of serum VEGF in PSD patients.
