摘　　要：通过分析电子航道图相关数据的内容特征,数据透明加解密技术和数字水印算法的探讨,实现数据的加密及信息的无损隐藏,保障电子航道图相关数据在传输及应用过程中的安全。This paper established a safe protection scheme of the Yangtze River ENC Data,and analyzed the contents of the ENC data.Through studying the technologies of transparent encryption and digital watermarking algorithm,the paper achieved data encryption and information hiding,and guaranteed the security of the Yangtze River ENC relevant data in transmission and application.
