摘　　要：针对传统沙盘模型制作工艺复杂和精度低等问题,提出了一种融合三维雕刻和三维真彩色喷绘技术的精准地形沙盘模型的快速制作方法。通过选择不同地形区域、不同材料、不同喷绘纹理和不同精度对精准地形沙盘快速制作进行了实验及分析。结果表明,该方法能够适应高精度地形沙盘模型的快速建模及准确喷绘要求,极大地提高了沙盘模型的精准度和自动化程度。In view the problem of traditional sand table model production processes are too complicated but low accuracy,the paper put forward a rapid production method for precise terrain sand table model,which compromised both 3D sculpture and 3D true color printing technologies.And then,the method was validated by different terrain areas,different materials,different spray texture and different precision.The results show that the method can fully meet the requirements of rapid modeling and accurate printing that asked by auto production of high precision terrain sand table model,and it greatly improved the accuracy and automation degree of the sand table model production.
