摘 要:针对电厂煤燃烧过程,采用煤粉沉降炉在O_2/CO_2和空气燃烧气氛下进行了煤添加KCl、KBr和CaBr_2的燃烧试验.KCl、KBr和CaBr_2添加比例(质量分数)分别为0.1%、0.3%和0.5%,,燃烧温度为1,050,℃.收集了各燃烧过程的飞灰样品,对收集的飞灰进行了Hg含量测定,并与同等添加条件下空气气氛中颗粒汞的生成情况进行比较.试验及分析结果表明:O_2/CO_2气氛下,添加KBr对颗粒汞转化促进作用较KCl明显,并且随着添加比例增大,颗粒汞转化率升高.空气气氛下,添加CaBr_2对颗粒汞生成的促进作用并非随着添加比例的增大而不断增长,然而O_2/CO_2燃烧气氛的促进作用要高于空气气氛下CaBr_2添加比例为0.5%时灰样集聚现象的抑制作用.To study the different effect of O2/CO2and air atmospheres on the formation characteristics of particulatemercury,experiments on coal blended with KCl,KBr,and CaBr2were conducted in an electrically heatedreactor under O2/CO2combustion atmosphere.The addition ratio was0.1%,0.3%,and0.5%,respectively andthe combustion temperature was1,050,℃.Fly ash samples under different combustions conditions werecollected,and the Hg content in fly ash was measured.The result shows that the promotion of KBr is better thanthat of KCl,and the conversion rate of particle mercury rises with the addition ratio increasing under O2/CO2atmosphere.In the air atmosphere,the promoting effect of CaBr2on the formation of particulate mercury does notincrease with the increase of its addition,and the acceleration of O2/CO2atmosphere is superior to the inhibitingeffect of ash aggregation caused by the addition of0.5%CaBr2.
