前列地尔联合依帕司他治疗糖尿病足患者的临床研究分析

摘　　要：目的研究前列地尔联合依帕司他治疗糖尿病足患者的临床疗效。方法 60例糖尿病足患者,随机分为对照组及观察组,各30例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予前列地尔联合依帕司他治疗。观察两组患者治疗后症状、局部血运、溃疡改善情况及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组症状改善好转率80.0%高于对照组的46.7%,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=7.177,P=0.007<0.05)。观察组局部血运改善好转率56.7%高于对照组的30.0%,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=4.344,P=0.037<0.05)。观察组溃疡改善好转率83.3%高于对照组的56.7%,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=5.079,P=0.024<0.05)。观察组及对照组患者治疗过程中除偶有低血糖外无其他不良反应发生。结论前列地尔联合依帕司他治疗糖尿病足患者的临床效果较好,能更好的改善糖尿病足症状,改善血运情况,促进溃疡愈合。Objective To study the clinical curative effect of alprostadil combined with epalrestat in the treatment of diabetic foot patients.Methods A total of60diabetic foot patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with30cases in each group.The control group received conventional therapy,and the observation group received alprostadil combined with epalrestat on the basis of the control group.Observation were made on symptoms,local blood supply and ulceration improvement and occurrence of adverse reactions after treatment in two groups.Results The observation group had higher symptoms improvement rate as80.0%than46.7%in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(χ2=7.177,P=0.007<0.05).The observation group had local blood supply improvement rate as56.7%than30.0%in the control group,andthe difference had statistical significance(χ2=4.344,P=0.037<0.05).The observation group had higher ulcerationimprovement rate as83.3%than56.7%in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(χ2=5.079,P=0.024<0.05).The observation group and control group had no adverse reactions except occasional hypoglycemia in the process of treatment.Conclusion Combination of alprostadil and epalrestat shows good clinical effect,which can improve diabetic foot symptoms,improve blood supply and promote ulceration healing.
