摘　　要：目的观察桂林西瓜霜喷剂外涂治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ期压疮临床效果。方法 100例Ⅰ、Ⅱ期压疮患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组及观察组,各50例。对照组采用常规治疗方法 ,观察组在常规治疗的基础上采用桂林西瓜霜喷剂对压疮的创面进行喷洒。比较两组患者的临床疗效及压疮愈合时间。结果观察组治疗治愈30例、显效10例、好转8例、无效2例,总有效率为96%;对照组治疗治愈20例、显效10例、好转5例、无效15例,总有效率为70%;观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=11.977,P<0.05)。观察组压疮愈合时间为(5.50±0.50)d,短于对照组的(15.00±3.55)d,差异具有统计学意义(t=18.738,P<0.05)。结论桂林西瓜霜喷剂外涂治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ期压疮临床效果显著,可提高压疮治愈的效果,加快压疮创面的愈合,值得临床广泛应用以及推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Guilin Watermelon Frost exterior coating in the treatment of stageⅠandⅡpressure sores.Methods A total of100stageⅠandⅡpressure sores patients as study subjects were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with50cases in each group.The control group received conventional therapy for treatment,and the observation group received Guilin Watermelon Frost for spray coating on the basis of the conventional group.Comparison were made on clinical curative effect and pressure sores healing time in two groups.Results The observation group had30cured cases,10excellentcases,8effective cases and2ineffective cases,with total effective rate as96%,while the control group had20cured cases,10excellent cases,5effective cases and15ineffective cases,with total effective rate as70%.The observation group had higher total effective rate than the control group,and the difference had statisticalsignificance(χ2=11.977,P<0.05).The observation group had shorter pressure sores healing time as(5.50±0.50)dthan(15.00±3.55)d in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(t=18.738,P<0.05).Conclusion Guilin Watermelon Frost exterior coating provides significant clinical effect in the treatment ofstageⅠandⅡpressure sores,which can increase effect of pressure sores healing and speed up healing of woundsurface.So it is worth wide application and promotion in clinic.
