摘　　要：目的分析替加环素在医院住院患者中的应用情况,为临床安全合理用药提供依据。方法 30例使用替加环素的住院患者病历,记录检查结果及用药情况等信息,并进行综合统计分析。结果 30例患者使用替加环素,用药科室主要为重症监护病房(ICU),用药原因以肺部感染居多。抽查病例均进行了细菌培养,送检率为100.00%,临床总有效率为43.33%,药物利用指数(DUI)为1.11。结论本院多数患者替加环素使用合理,不良反应少见,但存在超说明书用药现象,需进一步提高合理用药水平。Objective To analyze the application of tigecycline in inpatients,and to provide basis forclinical safe and rational drug use.Methods A total of30inpatients treated with tigecycline,and their test resultsand drug use situation were recorded for synthetical statistics analysis.Results There were30patients treated with tigecycline,with main medicine department as intensive care unit(ICU),and mostly due to lung infection.The bacterial culture was performed in all cases,with inspection rate as100.00%,total clinical efficiency as43.33%and drug utilization index(DUI)as1.11.Conclusion The utilization of tigecycline in most patients is rational in our hospital,and the adverse reactions are rare.But there were some cases of off-label drug use,and the level of rational use need to be improved.
