中成药致系统性接触性皮炎2例

摘　　要：2例患者依据病史局部外用骨炎拔毒膏并口服中成药后,出现境界清楚的片状红斑,全身出现多形红斑样皮损,后经治疗皮损消褪。中成药成分复杂,可能导致系统性接触性皮炎,需要通过适当的方法进行预防。After receiving local external use of Guyan Badu unguent combined with oral administration of Chinese patent medicine,2patients showed flake erythema with clear boundary and multiform erythema skin lesion,which was relieved after following treatment.Complex components in Chinese patent medicine may induce systemic contact dermatitis,therefore appropriate method for prevention is necessary.
