摘　　要：目的研究家庭护理管理用于慢性心力衰竭(心衰)患者出院后的价值。方法 200例慢性心衰患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各100例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用家庭护理管理,比较两组患者的再入院率、护理满意度。结果出院6个月内,观察组患者的再入院率为7.0%,低于对照组的24.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者中非常满意48例,一般满意50例,不满意2例,护理满意度为98%;对照组患者中非常满意38例,一般满意45例,不满意17例,护理满意度为83%;观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者的自我护理能力评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理6个月后,观察组患者的自我护理能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论家庭护理管理在慢性心衰患者中的应用效果确切,有助于提高患者的生活质量,构建和谐护患关系,值得推广应用。Objective To study the value of home care management applied in chronic heart failure patients after discharge.Methods A total of200chronic heart failure patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with100cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing intervention,and the observation group received home care management.Comparison were made on readmission rate,nursing satisfaction in two groups.Results Within6months of discharge,the observation group had lowerreadmission rate as7.0%than24.0%in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The observation group had48great satisfaction cases,50general satisfaction cases and2unsatisfactory cases,with nursing satisfaction as98%,while the control group had38great satisfaction cases,45general satisfactioncases and17unsatisfactory cases,with nursing satisfaction as83%.The observation group had higher nursingsatisfaction than the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Before nursing,bothgroups had no statistically significant difference in self-nursing ability score(P>0.05).After6months of nursing,the observation group had higher self-nursing ability score than the control group,and the difference had statisticalsignificance(P<0.05).Conclusion Home care management shows affirmative application effect in chronic cardiac failure patients,and it is helpful to improve quality of life of patients and build a harmonious relationship between nurses and patients.So it is worthy of popularization and application.
