摘 要:互花米草是目前中国沿海滩涂最主要的入侵植物,对经济和生态造成诸多负面影响。本文以浙江省象山县沪港新城为例,基于其互花米草蔓延成灾的生态现状和用地不足的建设现状,总结出了机械刈割与吹填围海结合的互花米草治理方法,并重点讨论基于该治理方法的围涂区的规划方法。基于围涂区特殊的生态敏感性,提出在建设开发中融入城市生态规划理念,并将该理念贯彻至围涂工程和城市规划两个过程,围涂工程要满足围涂选址、具体范围、水面率等要求,同时,规划要在功能定位、空间结构、绿地系统、开发强度等方面保证生态的可持续性。At present,spartina alterniflora has become a main invasive plant of China’s coastal tidal flats.It has brought a series of negative effects to economy and ecology.Taking Hugang New Town as a case and based on the ecological situation that spartina alterniflora of this area has spread madly and the situation of construction land shortage,we propose a method which is the combination of mechanical cutting and hydraulic reclamation to manage spartina alterniflora.We especially discuss the planning method of the reclamation area based on this managing method.Since the ecology of reclamation area is sensitive and fragile,we propose the idea of integrating urban ecological planning with urban planning,which is infiltrated into the reclamation project and the urban planning processes.Many engineering requests need tobe met during the reclamation project such as site selection,specific region,water surface ratioand so on.On urban planning,functional orientation,spatial structure,green space system anddevelopment intensity should be guaranteed ecologically sustainable.
