摘 要:管壳式换热器进口管箱中流体的流场分布对换热器的换热效率和管子与管板连接处的泄漏失效有着重要的影响。采用流体力学的方法,对不同流量下,不同管箱直径、长度、不同管程数时管箱内的流场和压力场的分布进行了数值模拟。模拟结果清晰地显示出管箱内流场和压力场的分布状况,可用于分析不同区域管子与管板的连接接头开裂、泄漏和换热器整体换热强度不高的原因,指出了改善管箱内流场分布的途径,对工程实际具有重要的理论和应用价值。Fluid distribution in the inlet chamber of tube-shell heat exchanger plays a very important role for the heat transfer efficiency and the leaks of tube and tube sheet joint.In this paper,the distribution of flow field and pressure field in the inlet chamber were simulated with computational fluid dynamics(CFD)for different chamber diameter and different number of tube passes under different inlet flow.The simulation results clearly showed fluid flow field and pressure distribution,it is useful for finding out the reasons of the joint leaks of tube and tube sheet,also the reasons of low heat transfer intensities in different regions.The ways to improve the flow field and pressure field distribution of chamber were put forward,they have important theory and application value for engineering practice.
