摘  要:热塑性丙烯酸建筑外墙涂料具有良好的耐候性、耐化学性、漆膜附着力、保光保色,易于返工的优点,但由于树脂的分子量较大,漆液黏度高,为降低施工固体分,加入溶剂进行稀释又会导致漆膜薄、丰满度差。同时,热塑性丙烯酸树脂对温度敏感性较差,又具有低温易发脆开裂、高温易发粘而影响耐沾污性的缺点,因而会影响热塑性丙烯酸建筑外墙涂料的应用与推广。本文探讨如何提高和改善热塑性丙烯酸建筑外墙涂料的漆膜性能,并对影响因素进行分析。The thermoplastic acrylic external wall paint had advantages of good weather resistance,chemical resistance,paintingfilm adhering capacity,excellent gloss and color retention and easy rework.Because the molecular weight of resin was large andthe paint liquid viscosity was high,the solvent would be added in the paint for the purpose of lowering the solid content whileconstruction.On the other hand,this way would also lead to attenuate film and inferior fullness.At the same time,thermoplasticacrylic resin was sensitive to temperature in a worse way and easy to embrittle and crack under low temperature and easy to betacky under high temperature,which would influence the stain resistance.Finally,this would affect the application and promotion ofbuilding external wall thermoplastic acrylic paint.This essay will focus on investigating how to improve the performance of curingfilm of thermoplastic acrylic paint for building external wall and analyzing the influence factor.
