摘  要:采用浸渍法制备了铁、钛和铁/钛混合改性活性炭催化剂,并研究了改性前后活性炭吸附污水中铅的性能。结果表明,铁钛改性活性炭均能在一定程度上提高活性炭吸附铅的性能,其中铁钛混合改性的效果最好。对吸附温度、吸附时间、焙烧时间、焙烧温度、投加量、催化剂的负载比以及污水中铅的初始浓度、pH值对铁/钛混合改性活性炭催化剂吸附铅性能的影响进行了研究,结果表明,铅吸附效果最佳时的各因素值分别为:铅的初始浓度为20mg·L^(-1)、吸附温度为20℃、吸附时间为25min、pH值为6。A series of transition metal(Ti,Fe,Fe/Ti)modified activated carbon catalysts were prepared by impregnation method,theiradsorption performance of lead were measured in this paper.Results showed that the performance of modified activated carbon couldbe enhanced in a certain extent by the mixing of iron and titanium,and the mixing of iron and titanium-activated carbon was the bestmodified element.The effect of adsorption temperature,calcination time,adsorption time,pH of the solution,the dosage of modifiedactivated carbon catalyst,initial concentration of the lead,and the loading ratio of the mixing iron and titanium were investigate.The experimental results showed that the optimal value of various influencing factors was summarized as followed:the loading ratiowas3%,calcination time was3.0h,adsorption temperature was20℃,adsorption time was25min,the dosage of modified activatedcarbon catalyst was0.50g,pH value was6,and calcination temperature was300℃.The experimental results could provide sometechnical basis for the study of modified active carbon catalyst adsorption of lead.
