摘 要:本文研究了超声强化合成碳酸二苯酯工艺,通过单因素实验及正交试验,确定了超声强化下碳酸二苯酯合成的优化工艺参数。最佳工艺为:反应温度175℃,超声功率55%,投料摩尔比苯酚∶碳酸二甲酯=0.85∶1,碳酸二甲酯滴加速率1.5m L·min^(-1),催化剂添加量3%,反应时间12h。碳酸二甲酯转化率达到56.8%。超声强化工艺相比普通工艺,转化率提高了30.2%。The synthesis process of diphenyl carbonate was studied under ultrasonic strengthening.According to the single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment,the process parameters were determined.In addition,the synthesis conditions were optimized,the best reaction process was as followed:n(phenol):n(dimethyl carbonate)was0.85:1,the reaction temperature was175℃,the ultrasonic power was55%,dropping speed of DMC was1.5mL/min,the amount of catalyst was3%of dimethyl carbonate,reaction time was12h,the conversion of dimethyl carbonate reached56.8%.Compared with common process,the conversion of dimethyl carbonate increased by30.2%in the ultrasonic strengthen process.
