摘 要:笔者从长期使用莠去津的农田和果园的土壤中分离到3株莠去津降解菌,编号为AT-2、AT-3、AT-4。通过生理生化指标和形态分析,对AT-2以及本实验室现有的3株降解菌HB-1、HB-7、HW-4进行初步鉴定,分别为土壤杆菌属、布鲁氏菌属、葡萄球菌属、假单胞菌属。测定这4株菌的降解率,反应条件为:底物莠去津浓度为100mg·L^(-1),反应体系5mL,5%的接菌量,恒温30℃,180r·min^(-1),培养24h,其降解效率分别为34.2%、37.3%、43%和40%,但在3d后,4株菌的降解率可达到90%左右。3atrazine degradation bacterium strains were isolated from the farmland and orchard soil of long-term use of atrazine,and marked as AT-2,AT-3and AT-4.AT-2and3strains of this laboratory existing degradation bacteria HB-1,HB-7and HW-4,were preliminary identified by physiological and biochemical indexes and morphological analysis,and they were soil bacillus genus brucella,staphylococcus,pseudomonas,respectively.Bacteria degradation rate of the four strains was determined.The reaction conditions were:the substrate concentration of atrazine was100mg/L,reaction system5mL,5%of inoculation quantity,constant temperature30℃,180r/min,cultivate24h,the degradation efficiency were34.2%,37.3%,43%and34.2%,respectively.After3d,degradation rate of4isolates could reach about90%.
