摘  要:本文建立了红外光谱内标法测定感冒片中乙酰水杨酸含量的方法。选择铁氰化钾作为内标物,定量添加到乙酰水杨酸中,在乙酰水杨酸百分含量为1.60%~3.43%范围内,测得混合物红外光谱中乙酰水杨酸测量峰(1605 cm^(-1)±1 cm^(-1))和铁氰化钾内标峰(2117cm^(-1)±1cm^(-1))的峰高比(y=hi/hs)与两者质量比(x=mi/ms)有良好的线性关系,其线性回归方程为y=0.8089x+0.1463,相关系数r=0.9979。据此测得感冒片样品中乙酰水杨酸的含量为16.7%,测定的相对标准偏差为3.7%,加标回收率为97.7%~102%,测定结果与药典法相近。A novel method for the determination of acetylsalicylic acid in cold tablets by internal standard method of Fourier transform infrared spectrophotometry(FT-IR)was established.Potassium ferricyanide was added into acetylsalicylic acid as internal reference and the mixtures were detected by FT-IR.The peak of acetylsalicylic acidat(1605±1)cm-1was chosen as quantitative peak and the one of potassium ferricyanide at(2117±1)cm-1was chosen as inside mark quantitative peak.The ratio of two peak’s absorbance(y=hi/hs)had good linear relationship with their mass ratio(x=mi/ms)when the mass fraction of acetaminophen was1.60%~3.43%.The linear regression equation was y=0.8089x+0.1463,and the linear correlation coefficient was0.9979.The content of acetylsalicylic acid in the cold tablets sample was16.7%,the relatively standard deviations was3.7%,the recoveries of the method was97.7%~102%.The determination results were similar to those of pharmacopoeia method.
