摘　　要：地质公园建设对于助推当地经济、社会、文化、生态建设大发展,为精准扶贫、长效致富发挥了不可替代的作用。经过十多年的建设,我国地质公园建设管理更加规范,但还存在法规与政策体系不完善、资源产权关系不清、自然资源资产尚未开展确权登记工作等问题。建议:(1)建立地质公园自然资源资产统一确权登记制度;(2)建立完善地质公园自然资源有偿使用制度;(3)发挥好世界地质公园在生态文明建设中的国际引领作用,讲好地质公园的中国故事,加快法规制度标准政策体系建设;(4)建立地质公园建设资金长期支持机制;(5)建立人才培养机制。The construction of geological parks is beneficial to boost the development of local economy,society,culture and ecological construction,and also has played an irreplaceable role in targeted poverty alleviation and long-term prosperity.After over ten years of construction,China's geological park construction and management is more standardized.Meanwhile,there are still some problems such as imperfect laws and policies,unclear property rights,and unregistered natural resource assets.Suggestions:firstly,establisha unified registration system for natural resources assets of geological parks;secondly,establish and improve the compensated usesystem of geological parks;thirdly,the world geological park should play a good role in the construction of ecological civilization toshow the China’s story about geological parks,and the formulation of laws,regulations,standards and policies should be accelerated;fourthly,establish the long-term fund support mechanism for geological parks construction;finally,establish the personnel training mechanism.
