开颅术后不同年龄段颅内感染老年患者的临床特征研究

摘　　要：目的探讨开颅术后不同年龄段颅内感染老年患者的临床特征。方法回顾性研究行开颅术并发生颅内感染的108例老年患者相关治疗资料,根据患者的年龄范围分为A组(60~70岁)和B组(71~80岁)。观察比较两组患者的症状、体征、癫痫发作以及血常规结果和预后治疗结果。结果两组患者症状中发热、头痛、呕吐和癫痫发作的发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而意志和精神障碍、局灶神经系统症状和其他神经系统症状的发生率比较差异无统计学意义;两组患者的体温升高、颈部抵抗、神志异常、传导束损害、颅神经损害、布氏征、克氏征等体征情况比较差异无统计学意义;两组患者的血常规检查结果比较差异无统计学意义,B组患者预后治疗成功率明显低于A组患者(P<0.05)。结论 60~70岁和71~80岁两个不同年龄段的老年患者的体征、血常规差异较小,而71~80岁年龄范围患者的头痛、发热、呕吐、预后治疗的发生率较低,癫痫发作的几率较高。Objective To explore the clinical features of elderly patients after craniotomy different ages intracranial infection.Methods108cases of elderly patients treatment data intracranial infection craniotomy is a retrospective analysis,divided according to the age range of patients in group A(60to70years old)and group B(71to80years).To compare the two sets of symptoms,signs,epileptic seizure,blood and prognosis of patient outcomes.Results Two groups of patients symptoms of fever,headache,vomiting and seizures incidence difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but the will and mental disorders,the incidence of focal neurological symptoms and other neurological symptoms showed no statistically significant.Both groups were fever,neck resistance,abnormal consciousness,tracts damage,cranial nerve damage,Brudzinski's sign,Kernig’s sign and other signs of the situation was no significant difference.Blood difference between the two groups was not statistically significant,group B prognosistreatment success rate was significantly lower than patients in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion60to70years and71to80years of age off oftwo different signs in elderly patients,blood little difference,but the older the age range71to80years of headache,fever,vomiting,lower incidence of treatment outcomes,higher risk of seizures.
