探讨舒芬太尼与芬太尼用于神经外科手术麻醉的临床效果

摘　　要：目的对比分析舒芬太尼与芬太尼用于神经外科手术麻醉的临床效果。方法选取我院92例神经外科手术患者作为本次研究的对象,按照随机分组的方式将患者分为舒芬太尼组和芬太尼组,各46例。给予舒芬太尼组患者应用舒芬太尼进行麻醉,芬太尼组患者则应用芬太尼进行麻醉。对两组患者的呼吸恢复时间、拔管时间、睁眼时间、术后疼痛评分及不良反应发生情况进行对比分析。结果舒芬太尼组患者的呼吸恢复时间、拔管时间、睁眼时间明显短于芬太尼组,术后疼痛评分明显低于芬太尼组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时,两组患者在试验过程中均未出现明显ST-T改变、心律失常、心脑血管意外时间等事件,组间不良反应发生比较差异无统计学意义。结论舒芬太尼与芬太尼用于神经外科手术麻醉均具有较高的安全性,舒芬太尼的麻醉效果优于芬太尼。Objective Analysis of sufentanil and fentanyl used in the clinical effect of nerve surgery anesthesia.Methods Select our hospital92cases of neurosurgery patients as the research object,according to a randomized,patients can be divided into sufentanil and fentanyl group,46cases each.Sufentanil group patients'application sufentanil anesthesia,fentanyl group of patients is of anesthesia with fentanyl.On two groups of patients with respiratory recovery time and extubation time,open time,postoperative pain score and adverse reactions happen condition were analyzed.Results Sufentanil group of patients with respiratory recovery time and extubation time,open time significantly shorter than fentanyl group,postoperativepain score significantly lower than that of fentanyl group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);At the same time,twogroups of patients in the trial process does not appear significant ST-t change,arrhythmia,heart cerebrovascular accident events such as time,adversereactions occurred comparative differences between groups have no statistical significance.Conclusion Sufentanil and fentanyl used in neurosurgeryanesthesia has high security,sufentanil anesthesia effect is better than that of fentanyl.
