摘　　要：目的探讨Orem自护理论在神经外科眼睑闭合不全患者中的应用价值。方法选取150例眼睑闭合不全患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各75例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上运用Orem自护理论,比较两组的并发症发病情况。结果观察组并发症发病率为5.3%,明显低于对照组的30.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Orem自护理论可明显改善神经外科眼睑闭合不全患者的护理效果,降低并发症的发病率,提高患者眼部自护能力,同时Orem自护理论认为,护理的目的是发挥患者的最大潜能,以便能够自我照顾,必要的护理介入只是为了帮助患者提高自我照顾能力,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To explore the application value of Orem self-care theory in the Department of Neurosurgery hypophasis patients. Methods 150 cases of eyelid closure were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 75 cases. The control group received routine nursing care, the observation group based on the application of Orem self-care theory, the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results the incidence rate of complications in the observation group was 5.3%, significantly lower than that of the control group(30.7%), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Orem self-care theory can significantly improve the Department of Neurosurgery hypophasis patients and nursing effect, reduce the incidence of complications, improve patient self-care ability of the eye, while the Orem self-care theory that aims to maximize the potential of nursing patients, in order to be able to self care, nursing intervention necessary only to help the patients to improve the self-care ability and it is worthy of clinical application.
