摘　　要：烤烟新品种翠碧二号是1999年配制的翠碧一号×Coker176杂交组合,经常规杂交系谱法选育而成,于2015年4月通过全国烟草品种审定委员会审定。多年的生产试验结果表明,翠碧二号大田长势强,生长整齐一致,对TMV免疫,青枯病发病较翠碧一号轻,主要经济性状优于翠碧一号,有效保持了翠碧一号烟叶风格和质量方面的优势特征。工业评价结果表明,翠碧二号的外观质量和物理特性优于对照翠碧一号,化学成分协调性与对照相当,香型风格和口感特征与对照一致,整体感官质量优于对照。综合评价,翠碧二号综合性状表现较好,适宜在福建烟区种植。Through hybridization and pedigree selection,a new flue-cured tobacco variety Cuibi2was developed through a crossing combination Cuibi1×Coker176during1999to2015.The results of tobacco varieties regional test in fujian province showed that the new variety Cuibi2had good adaptability and strong growth vigor.It was immune to tobacco mosaic virus,slightly less susceptible to tobacco bacterial wilt than Cuibi1.The new variety Cuibi2had higher leaf yield,higher average price,higher ratio of the high class leaf and higher production value than the check variety Cuibi1.It showed the favorable and well-proportioned chemical composition and good smoking-quality to meet the requirements of manufacturing cigarettes.In conclusion,Cuibi2is a new variety with good comprehensive characters,and suitable for planting in flue-cured tobacco areas in Fujian.
