摘  要:通过土培试验研究了不同质量浓度的重金属铬(0、30、50、80 mg·kg^(–1))胁迫对盐肤木根长、茎长、地上及地下部分干重,叶绿素、丙二醛、脯氨酸含量,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的影响,探究了铬胁迫下盐肤木对铬的生理生化响应和耐受能力,为应用盐肤木修复重金属铬污染土壤提供依据。研究结果表明,在重金属铬胁迫下,盐肤木叶片的叶绿素含量略有降低,丙二醛含量升高。当铬浓度低于50 mg·kg^(–1)时,随浓度升高,盐肤木叶片的脯氨酸含量、SOD和CAT活性均升高。当铬浓度为80 mg·kg^(–1)时,其含量和活性相对下降,但对其正常生长均无显著影响,说明盐肤木耐受铬的能力较强,作为重金属污染地恢复的先锋植物具有很好的应用前景。A soil culture experiment was carried out to study the effectiveness of root length,stem length,dry weight of above and underground,the content of chlorophyll,malonyldialdehyde,proline,and the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT)of Rhus chinensis after treated with different concentrations of chromium solution(0mg·kg-1,30mg·kg-1,50mg·kg-1,80mg·kg-1).The physiological and biochemical responses and tolerance of R.chinensis to chromium stress were investigated to provide a basis for application of R.chinensis in repairing chromium contaminated soil.The results showed that the content of chlorophyll of R.chinensis decreased and MDA increased under chromium stress.When the concentration of chromium was0-50mg·kg-1,the content of proline,the activity of SOD and CAT increased with the increasing of the concentration of chromium,and relatively decreased when the concentration of chromium was up to80mg·kg-1.However,it had no significant effect on normal growth of R.chinensis.The results indicated that the R.chinensis's tolerance to chromium was strong,and it had good application prospect in ecological restoration of heavy metal contaminated soils as pioneer plants.
