摘  要:电动汽车的电池作为电能的储能载体,不仅可以提供清洁能源,还可以在集中充电的方式下采用相应的调度策略消纳风电。电动汽车采用换电模式的背景下,以充电站内单一电池各时刻的充放电状态为控制对象,以抑制负荷波动为目标函数,建立调度策略数学模型,并采用改进的离散二进制粒子群算法(BPSO)求解,得到充电站调度优化策略。典型城市日负荷仿真分析结果表明:该有序充电调度策略能有效抑制风电波动对电网稳定的影响,具有"削峰填谷"作用。As a carrier of electric energy,battery of electric vehicle can not only provide clean power,but also help the accommodation of wind power in the centralized charging mode.Based on the battery swapping mode of electric vehicles,the charging and discharging status of each battery was taken as a control object and the load oscillation suppression was taken as a objective function.A charging strategy mode was established,and then the dispatch strategy of charging station was obtained by using improved binary particle swarm optimization(BPSO)algorithm.The daily load curve of a typical electric power system was simulated.The simulation results showed that the proposed algorithm could effectively reduce the influence of wind power fluctuation to network stability,and take effect of peak load shifting on power load.
