摘 要:通信网络的信息交互是智能变电站的重要特点,继电保护信息交互的失效成为影响其可靠性的新因素。分析智能变电站继电保护信息传输链条,并研究继电保护信息交互的失效机理;基于此,利用故障树分析方法,建立以全生命周期信息交互失效的基本原因为底事件,以引起信息交互失效的直接原因、间接原因为中间事件,以信息交互失效为顶事件的信息交互失效模型;然后,基于故障树结构重要度分析方法,求解各底事件结构重要度,并选取结构重要度较大的底事件作为信息交互薄弱环节;最后,基于2种管控途径,提出针对智能变电站继电保护信息交互薄弱环节的管控思路。所提方法对各责任主体针对性地开展技术研究或建立工作规范、标准有一定的指导作用。Information interaction based on communication network is an important feature of smart substation,and information interaction failure is a new factor which influences the reliability of relay protection system.Based on information transmission chain,the failure mechanism in relay protection system was studied.Then,information interaction failure mode was built by using fault tree analysis method,it used root causes of information interaction failure on life cycle as basic event,used direct and indirect causes as intermediate event,and used information interaction failure as top event.Further,the structure importance of basic events was calculated based on structure importance analysis method of fault tree,and the basic events,which structure importance were large,were selected as weak points of information interaction.Finally,management ideals of weak points were put forward on the basis of two management and control approaches.The proposed method has an important directive significance on the targeted technology research and working standard setting.
