摘 要:针对"开放小区"政策下小区开放对交通的影响,建立了道路通行能力的综合评价指标体系,通过车辆通行能力的量纲模型得到了路段和交叉口车流量的函数方程。运用MATLAB、EXCEL等软件,选取3类结构、车流量不同的小区,使用层次分析法综合分析了小区开放对周边道路通行能力的影响程度,最终得出内部道路结构呈网状且出入口较多的小区适宜开放、内部结构呈环状的小区不适宜开放的结论,并为交通管理部门提出合理建议。Under the impact of community opening on transportation under the policy of"Open Community",the comprehensive evaluation index system of road capacity was established,and the function equation of traffic flow at intersections and sections was obtained through the vehicle capacity of the dimensional model.Using MATLAB and EXCEL,three types of districts different in structures and traffic flow were selected,using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to analyze the influence of the openness on the traffic capacity of the surrounding roads.Finally,the conclusion was drawn that the community whose internal structure of the road was a network and with a lot of entrance was more suitable for opening;the community whose internal structure of the road was cyclic was not suitable for the opening.Some reasonable suggestions for the traffic management department were also put forward.
