摘 要:结合高校公共体育课全学期教学实验,辩证地吸收前人已有的体育微课的研究成果,对高校不同专业公共体育课使用体育微课教学的教学效果展开研究。研究结果表明,采用体育微课模式教学,学生更容易掌握技术动作要求;高校公共体育课教学中运用体育微课教学能较大幅度的提高学生的体育技术成绩;普通高校公共体育课教学中运用体育微课教学能培养学生学习体育锻炼基本知识兴趣,端正学生的学习态度;采用体育微课模式进行教学,相比较传统体育课来说,课堂气氛更加积极活跃,在体育课过程中开发学生的动手动脑能力,加深对动作的意识记忆。Combining the teaching experiment for a semester in the publicphysical educationclasses,based on the past research,the teaching effect of different majors in colleges and universitiesin the context of micro teaching were studied.Research results show that:1,the model of the micro teaching can make students master the technique more easily.2,micro teachingcan greatly improve the students'technical performancein the public physical education in universities.3,micro teaching can cultivate the students'interest in learning sports basic knowledge and correct the students'learning attitude.4,applying the model of the micro teaching,compared with the traditional physical education,the classroom atmosphere is more active,which can also develop student's practice ability in the process of physical education,and deepen the conscious memory of actions.
