摘 要:根据电网科学技术项目的特点,本文提出电网科学技术项目综合评价方法。该方法基于层次分析法原理,建立了电网科学技术项目综合评价指标体系,确定了评价标准的计算方法,实现了定量分析电网项目排序的综合评价方法。该方法考虑了评价指标重要程度对总评值的贡献度,能够更精准的给出评价样本的综合得分水平。通过对某智能电网示范工程开展评价分析,验证了该方法的有效性和实用性。According to the characteristics of power grid science and technology project,a comprehensive evaluation method of the project is put forward.Based on hierarchical analysis method,the power grid science and technology project evaluation index system is established.The calculation method of evaluation criteria and the quantitative analysis methods for comprehensive evaluation of power grid science and technology project scheduling are determined.The contribution of the evaluation index to the evaluation results is taken into account,the comprehensive score of the evaluation sample is more precisely.The effectiveness and practicability of the method are verified by the evaluation and analysis of a smart grid demonstration project.
