摘 要:断路器做"防跳"试验,在合闸脉冲信号解除后,防跳继电器不能复位,断路器不能执行电气合闸操作。本文对这一现象进行了深入的研究,并对大部分文献中提出的跳位监视回路串接防跳继电器常闭辅助触点进行了验证。分析了文献中方案存在的缺陷,提出了修改线路板合闸操作回路、跳位监视回路串接断路器常闭辅助触点的改造方案,该改造方案使断路器防跳操作回路能够适应国内不同厂家的保护装置。本文提出的改造措施及规范VS1线路板设计方案可作为国内断路器设计者的参考。Circuit Breakers do"anti-jump"test,after closing pulse signal is removed,the anti-hop relay can not be reset,the circuit breaker can not perform electrical closing operation,Aiming at this phenomenon conducted in-depth research,and most of the literature presented in the Tab series circuit monitoring anti-hop relay normally closed auxiliary contact is verified,pointed out the shortcomings of the program,proposed amendments closing operation circuit board,opening moni-toring circuit breakerseries NC auxiliary contacts rehabilitation programs,which enable rehabilitation programs op-erating circuit breaker anti-jump to adapt to different domestic manufacturers of protective devices,measures and the proposed transformation specification VS1circuit board design can be used as domestic breaker designers reference.
