摘 要:在内径为100 mm的玻璃萃取塔中,以煤油-苯甲酸-水和30%TBP(煤油)-醋酸-水为体系,系统地研究了SBW舌形板波纹规整填料的流体力学性能和传质性能。结果表明:液泛通量的理论计算式具有较高精度,与实验值符合较好;在实验范围内,该填料具有相当大的液泛通量和较好的传质效率,液泛通量高达90~150 m^3·m^(-2)·h^(-1),理论级当量高度在0.6~1.4 m,可望在炼油化工溶剂脱沥青,润滑油精制,煤化工含酚废水处理等萃取过程领域得到广泛应用。A new SBW structured packing was designed in order to meet high capacity extraction requirements.Hydrodynamic and mass transfer experiments were studied in a100mm diameter extraction column with the SBW structured packing,and kerosene-benzoic acid-water and30%TBP(kerosene)-HAC-water systems were applied,respectively.Experiment results indicate that theoretical calculating of flooding throughout has high accuracy,and the calculated data agree well with the experiment data.The extraction column with the SBW structured packing shows high capacity and good mass transfer efficiency.The capacities at flooding point are between90~150m3?m?2?h?1within the experimental range,and height equivalent to theoretical stage(He)values are between0.6~1.4m.The SBW structured packing may find possible applications in areas such as solvent deasphalting,lubricating oil refining in petrochemical engineering and phenol removal from wastewater in coal chemical industry.
