摘 要:利用全动态多相流模拟软件OLGA(Oil and Gas),对水平机动管线气顶排空过程管内气液混合物流动规律进行了数值模拟研究。重点研究了流量、压力、持液率随时间的变化规律,得到了入口初始排气压力0.5、0.7和0.9 MPa三种边界条件下管道内部节点的流量、压力、持液率变化曲线,并与实验进行对比。计算结果表明:数值模拟结果与实验测试结果吻合较好,排空时间的仿真值在入口压力为0.9 MPa时最接近实验值,其余工况均小于实验值。液体前锋到达测试点前,流量的仿真值和实验值吻合较好,压力仿真值大于实验值,持液率仿真与实验值相同;液体前锋到达测试点之后,流量、压力和持液率的仿真值均小于实验值。根据实验管路结构和数值计算方法分析了以上现象的原因,验证了利用OLGA进行机动管线气顶排空数值模拟的可行性。Gas-liquid flow in a mobile pipeline gas-cap emptying process was numerically investigated based on dynamic multiphase simulation software OLGA.Simulation and experimental data in terms of flow rate,pressure and liquid holdup were compared under inlet pressures of0.5,0.7and0.9MPa,respectively.The results show that the simulated emptying time has good agreement with experimental results under inlet pressure of0.9MPa,but it underestimates emptying time under other pressure conditions.Before the liquid forward reaches the test point,the simulated flow rate and liquid holdup results agree well with that of experiments,but the pressure value is overestimated.When the liquid forward passes the test point,the simulated parameters are all lower than that of experiments.The study confirms the applicability of OLGA software in the investigation of mobile pipeline gas-cap emptying processes.
