区域旅游效率评测及演进阶段研究——以四川省为例

摘　　要：旅游效率是衡量区域旅游业发展的重要指标。文章从投入和产出两方面入手,借鉴DEA旅游效率评价模型和分析范式,以四川省21个市(自治州)为对象,解析其2010—2014年旅游效率发展水平及区域间不同的旅游效率演进阶段,从而揭示旅游效率的区域差异。研究发现:2010—2014年四川省区域旅游效率总体处于中上水平,旅游总效率发展态势依旧强劲,形成由[0.8~1.0][0.6~0.79][0.4~0.59]三部分效率组距组成的区域差序发展格局;规模效率年均值高于技术效率,但技术效率与总效率相关性更强;四川省各市(自治州)旅游效率分别处于4类不同的演进阶段,存在区域差异。最后为改善四川省各市(自治州)旅游效率发展症结提出一些合理性建议。In Chinese,with the reform of tourism supply side full swing,the aim of this research is to change tour?ism economic growth from rough and poor efficiency pattern by evaluating level and development of tourism efficiencyin Sichuan province of Chinese.The research analyses21cities’tourism efficiency development and different evolution?ary stage in2010-2014from the two aspects of input and output,with using DEA efficiency evaluation model and ana?lytical paradigm.The research found that:the gross efficiency whose level is at upper developed powerfully,and formedthe formation of the urban development pattern of difference sequence by the[0.8～1.0][0.6～0.79][0.4～0.59]effi?ciency level group;Average of scale efficiency is higher than that of technical efficiency,but the correlation betweenthe technical efficiency and the gross efficiency is stronger;The tourism efficiency which is in four different stages ofevolution of Sichuan province had regional difference.Then some reasonable recommendations for improving the crux oftourism efficiency problem in different stage are put forwarded.
