摘　　要：随着医学模式的改变,患者逐渐成为医疗服务的中心。为有针对性制定医疗方案,促进临床实践指南的实施、医患沟通和共同决策,各大指南制定结构开始陆陆续续推出患者版本指南,国际指南协作网(Guideline International Network,GIN)在2012年GIN年会上正式推出了第一部患者指南制订手册,2015年进行更新。患者指南的主要特点包括以患者和非专业人员为目标人群,语言通俗易懂,呈现形式图文并茂,整体内容简明扼要。本文就患者指南的产生背景、现状、制订方法和要求等方面展开介绍,同时进行实例解读,以期为我国患者指南研究者提供参考和借鉴。With medical model changing,patients have gradually become the center of medical care system.To develop the medical scheme personally,guideline development organizations began to develop patient guidelines one after another,thereby enhancing the implentation of guidelines,improving doctor-patient communication and making shared decision.The first development handbook for patient guideline was released by Guideline International Network(GIN)at GIN conference in2012and updated in2015.Patient guidelines target on patients and non-medical staff,featuring in understandable language,illustrated presentation and concise content.This review gave a brief introduction of patient guideline,includingits background,current situation,development process and principles.We also presented an example illustrating the whole process,expecting to provide reference for the guideline developers in China.
