摘  要:规范钻井液处理剂产品的使用范围,使处理剂达到更好的使用效果,是当前需要重视的问题。以SMP-Ⅰ和SMP-Ⅱ为例,从其组构特征、生产工艺及其在钻井液中降低滤失量和抗盐的作用机理等方面分析,讨论了磺甲基酚醛树脂SMP-Ⅰ和SMP-Ⅱ的应用范围,并比较了不同生产工艺的产品其抗盐抗温性能的差别。实验结果表明,在含盐量低于2%的钻井液中、井温不大于180℃的情况下,SMP-Ⅰ比SMP-Ⅱ的使用效果好;在井温为120℃与150℃时,SMP-Ⅰ可用于不同含盐量直至饱和的盐水钻井液,而SMP-Ⅱ只适用于含盐量高于25%的近饱和/饱和盐水钻井液;在井温为180℃下,SMP-Ⅰ可用于含盐量低于20%的盐水钻井液,而SMP-Ⅱ适用于含盐量高于20%的近饱和/饱和盐水钻井液。Drilling fluid additives should have their range of use clearly defined to make the best use of them,and great attention should be paid on this issue.Take the SMP-Ⅰand SMP-Ⅱas examples,the application characteristics,production technology,and the mechanisms of reducing filtration rate and resisting salt contamination are analyzed in this paper.The ranges of use of SMP-Ⅰand SMP-Ⅱare discussed and the differences in high temperature and salt-resistant performances of the two additives manufactured by different production technologies are compared.Laboratory experiment has shown that in drilling fluids with salinity less than2%,and borehole temperature below180℃,the performance of SMP-Ⅰwas better than SMP-Ⅱ.At120℃and150℃,SMP-Ⅰworked well in different salinities up to saturation,while SMP-Ⅱonly functioned in drilling fluids containing25%salts or in under-saturated andsaturated drilling fluids.At180℃,SMP-I can be used in saltwater drilling fluids with salinities less than20%,while SMP-Ⅱcan be used in saltwater drilling fluids with salinities greater than20%to saturation.
