不同填充物三角孔蜂窝板抗弹性能数值模拟研究

摘　　要：随着大威力新型反装甲武器的出现,装甲防护也得到不断地加强,各种防护装甲层出不穷。采用蜂窝板作为防护装甲不仅可以实现防护作用而且可以使装甲轻量化。有关填充不同物质的三角孔蜂窝板的装甲防护性能国内外研究较少。本文主要采用LS-DYNA软件通过数值模拟的方式研究填充聚氨酯、树脂、铝以及空心四种三角孔结构蜂窝板的防护性能,通过计算得出相应防护系数,从而选出防护性能最佳,质量更轻的蜂窝板。通过比较发现填充聚氨酯的三角孔状蜂窝板在抗弹性能和装甲的轻量化方面最好。With the emergence of new powerful anti-armour weapons,armor has been constantlystrengthened,and various protective armor abound.Honeycomb panel is used as protective armor toachieved protect armor and lightweight the armor.The study on ballistic performance of triangle holehoneycomb panel which filled different substances is less at home and abroad.In this paper,I used LSDYNAsoftware study on the protective performance of filled of polyurethane,resin,aluminum andhollow structure triangular holes honeycomb by way of numerical simulation,calculate the appropriateprotection factor and select the best honeycomb panels.Finally,I find the Triangular holes honeycombpanel which filled polyurethane is the best.
