摘　　要：将建筑信息模型(BIM)技术应用于建筑性能分析,用信息交付手册(IDM)方法定义能耗分析流程,可规范能耗分析过程,提高能耗分析的效率。首先主要从流程定义的角度出发,利用业务流程建模标记(BPMN)方法,绘制基于IDM的建筑设计阶段能耗分析流程图,通过gb XML文件将Revit建立的建筑模型链接到Ecotect软件中,再运用Ecotect软件对流程图中的部分活动内容进行仿真分析,最后模拟出建筑的能耗情况。实例仿真结果表明,该分析流程在一定程度可以促进建筑节能。Applying BIM to building performance analysis,using IDM method to define building energyanalysis,it can regulate the process of energy analysis and improve the efficiency of energy analysis.Thearticle focus on the perspective of process definition.It use the BPMN method,draw the process map ofIDM-based energy analysis and employ the corresponding form to list the contents of activities andpartial exchange requirements in the process map.Building model is established by Revit softwarethrough gbXML file link to the Ecotect.Make simulation for the contents of part activities in the processmap with Ecotect,and simulate the energy consumption of building.The simulation result indicate that itcan promote building energy efficiency greatly.
