摘 要:运用多元统计分析技木,对浙北海域浮游植物群落的空间分布及其对环境因子和空间因子的响应进行研究.结果表明,研究海域浮游植物共鉴定到5门40属94种(含9个未鉴定到的种),硅藻占绝对优势,甲藻次之.层次聚类分析(HCA)以及相似性分析(ANOSIM)的结果表明,研究海域可划分为3个具有显著性差异的群落;指示物种分析(ISA)显示各组群落的指示种均与特定的环境因子有较为显著的相关性.Mantel检验表明空间距离和环境差异(硅酸盐(SiO_3^(2-))、磷酸盐(PO_4^(3-))、pH值、溶解氧(DO))对浮游植物群落变异均显著相关;偏Mantel检验进一步证实了空间距离的效应.变差分解分析(VPA)的结果显示,环境—空间因子的交互作用所解释的变差要高于单一的环境因子或空间因子的变差,表明环境差异和扩散限制的共同作用是影响浙北海域浮游植物群落分布格局的主要因素.此外,未考虑到的痕量元素、生物摄食、气候及时间尺度的变化等因素也可能是引起浮游植物群落差异的来源,有待于进一歩研究.Using multivariate statistical techniques,the biogeography of phytoplankton community and its underlying environmental factors were studied in the coastal waters of northern Zhejiang.The results showed that94species belonged to40genera,5phyla were recorded(with9species were unclassified to genus level),of which predominated by diatoms,followed by dinoflagellates.Hierarchical clustering analysis(HCA)and analysis of similarity(ANOSIM)demomstrated that the study area could be divided into3subareas accrding to the significant differences in phytoplankton community.Indicator species analysis(ISA)further confirmed that the indicator species of each subarea correlated significantly with specific environmental factors.Mantel test revealed that both the geographic distance and environmental heterogeneity(the levels of Silicate(SiO32-),phosphate(PO43-)and dissolved oxygen(DO),and pH value),contributed the variations in phytoplankton community.This pattern were further evidenced by partial Mantel test when the effect of environmental dissimilarity was held constant.Variation portioning analysis(VPA)revealed that the interactive effects of environmental and spatial factors were higher than the pure environmental variable or the pure spatial distance alone,suggesting that the biogeography of phytoplankton were mmainly affected by both the environmental variability and dispersal limitation.Additionally,the unexplained variation may be attributed to other unmeasured factors(e.g.,trace metals,biological grazing,climate change,and time-scale variation),which need further study.
