摘  要:使用工业纯度原材料制备了La1-xCexFe11.41Mn0.29Si1.3(x=0.0,0.1,0.2和0.3)系列化合物,通过饱和吸氢得到粉末氢化物,然后使用粘结低温烧结制备出块体氢化物。结果表明:粘结化合物的相结构仍然为NaZn13型立方结构,存在第二相.-Fe。M-T曲线表明粘结化合物由铁磁态到顺磁态的转变温区变宽,由外磁场导致的巡游电子变磁转变特性明显减弱。而且居里温度TC随Ce含量x的增加而减少。在0~1.5T外磁场下粘结化合物在TC附近的最大磁熵变分别为6.55,7.46,7.78和8.88J/(kg·K),与金属Gd最大磁熵变3.3J/(kg·K)相比大2倍左右。而最大绝热温变分别为2.4,2.6,2.6和2.8K,表明随着Ce含量的增加绝热温变与最大磁熵变均在增大。与未粘结前的合金相比,粘结后的块状化合物具有较高的强度和硬度。La1-xCexFe11.41Mn0.29Si1.3(x=0.0,0.1,0.2and0.3)alloys were synthesised using industrial purity raw materials and became powdered after saturated hydrogen absorption.Then,the block hydride compounds were obtained after low temperature sintering of the epoxy bonded ones.The epoxy bonded compounds crystallize in NaZn13-type cubic structure with a minor amount of-Fe impurity phase.After bonding,the ferromagnetic to paramagnetic transition temperature for compound became broader,and the field-induced itinerant-electron metamagnetic transition reduced.Curie temperature decreases with increasing Ce content.In a field change of0to1.5T,the maximum magnetic entropy changes around TC are6.55,7.46,7.78and8.88J/(kg·K)for x=0.0,0.1,0.2and0.3,respectively.Comparing with metal Gd,the maximum magnetic entropy change for bonded compounds are about twice larger than that of Gd(about3.3J/(kg·K)).The maximum adiabatic temperature changes are2.4,2.6,2.6and2.8K for x=0.0,0.1,0.2and0.3,respectively.Furthermore,the bonded compounds show relatively high strength,hardness and relative cooling power comparing with the non-bonded compounds.
