摘  要:永磁涡流柔性传动(MEFD)是近二十年发展起来的新技术,为工业速度控制增加了新的选择。分析了三种结构不同特点,三筒型结构设计合理利用了空间,结构紧凑,尤其适于大功率机械的调速传动。理论与试验表明:MEFD用于泵、风机等离心流体机械比用阀门、挡板节流调节流量压力节能10%~30%。滑动率小于20%,MEFD效率通常比变频调速低2%~4%。滑动率大于50%,变频调速效率往往是MEFD的2倍。MEFD尤其适于软启动、减振与过载保护要求、高压电机、大功率以及无电源发动机驱动的场合。The permanent magnet eddy current flexible drive(MEFD)is a new technology developed in recent twenty years,which has added a new member to the industrial speed control.The characteristics are analyzed for the MEFD with three different structures,and three-tube structure design is reasonable for its compact,especially suitability for the speed regulation of high power machinery.Theory and experiments show that,MEFD for speed regulation of the pump,the fan and other centrifugal fluid machinery,have energy saving of10%-30%than the traditional systems,which use valves or damper to control the flow pressure.The sliding rate is less than20%,and the efficiency of MEFD is usually2%-4%less than that of the frequency control.Sliding rate is greater than50%,the efficiency of variable-frequency drive is often2times the MEFD.MEFD is especially suitable for soft start,vibration isolation and overload protection,high voltage motor,high power and non-power motor drive.
