摘  要:采用粉末冶金工艺制备高温型Sm_2Co_(17)永磁材料,其室温磁性能为:B_r=0.984T,H_(cb)=761k A/m,H_(cj)=1957k A/m,(BH)_(max)=190.4k J/m^3。高温550℃的B-H曲线具有良好的线性度,磁性能为:B_r=0.661T,H_(cb)=447.8k A/m,H_(cj)=536.7k A/m,(BH)_(max)=78.68k J/m^3。内禀矫顽力温度系数β(17.7~550℃)为-0.14%/℃。制备Φ10×10mm并进行电镀层防护的样品,在高温550℃的大气环境下进行长期热稳定处理。结果表明,随着处理时间的延长,镀层表面产生CuO和CoO复合氧化层,从而减缓了SmCo磁体的进一步氧化;经过5036h热稳定处理后磁通量下降了6.95%,磁体的热稳定性良好。Sm2Co17high-temperature magnets ware produced by power metallurgy techniques.The Br,Hcb,Hcj and(BH)max of the magnet at room temperature and550were0.984T,761kA/m,1957kA/m,190.4kJ/m3and0.661T,447.8kA/m,536.7kA/m,78.68kJ/m3,respectively.The sample exhibits a straight B-H demagnetization curve up to550℃,and intrinsic coercivity coefficientβ(17.7to550℃)of-0.14%/℃.The samples with dimensions of?10mm×10mm were coated,and exposed to550℃in air for different time.The results show that,CuO and CoO composite oxidelayer is formed on the surface of the coating for longer treatment time,preventing it from further oxidation.After5036hof exposure in air at550℃,the magnets shows a6.95%losses in magnetic flux.
