磁场位向对Fe-Si复合电沉积镀层硅含量及形貌的影响

摘  要:利用Fe-30wt%Si和Fe-70wt%Si合金颗粒在稳恒磁场下采用复合电沉积法在低硅硅钢薄带上制备Fe-Si复合镀层。考察了搅拌强度、磁场强度以及磁场位向对Fe-Si复合镀层形貌及硅含量的影响规律。结果表明,施加磁场后获得的镀层硅含量显着增高,采用Fe-30wt%Si颗粒获得的镀层在不同位向0.1T磁场时均达到最大值,而采用Fe-70wt%Si颗粒在0~1T磁场强度下获得的镀层硅含量随着磁场强度的升高而升高。同时,采用Fe-30wt%Si颗粒获得的镀层表面在电流与磁场方向呈0~60°位向角、0.3T磁场下出现宏观针状突出物;采用Fe-70wt%Si颗粒在较大位向角磁场下获得的镀层表面形貌比较平整,而且颗粒分布比较均匀。这主要是由于磁性颗粒受到MHD效应与磁场力协同作用引起的。Fe-Si composite coatings were electrodeposited with Fe-30wt%Si or Fe-70wt%Si particles under magnetic fields.The effects of stirring speed,magnetic field flux(MFF)and azimuth direction on the morphology and the silicon content of coatings were investigated.The results show that the silicon content of coatings obtained in magnetic fields greatly increases compared to that without magnetic field.The silicon content of coatings for Fe-30wt%Si particles approximately reached maximum in0.1T,whereas for Fe-70wt%Si particles silicon content of coatings increases with increasing the MFF.At the same time,many needle-like protrusions appear on the coating surface for Fe-30wt%Si particles for the MFF of0.3T with an azimuth direction of0to60°.However,the coating surface obtained by Fe-70wt%Si particles was relatively smooth and the distribution of particles on coating surface was relatively uniform.This is mainly attributed to the interaction of MHD effect and magnetic field force.
