摘 要:光纤布拉格光栅(FBG)传感器通常采用普通悬臂梁进行增敏传感,存在温度交叉敏感问题。针对等厚等腰双三角形悬臂梁结构和双厚度等腰三角形悬臂梁结构构成的两种双参量测量设计,采用Ansys和Matlab进行分析,发现等厚等腰双三角形悬臂梁结构在压力影响下不能在其表面产生双强度阶跃应变;双厚度等腰三角形悬臂梁结构在压力作用下其结构表面能产生双强度阶跃应变,温度对结构产生单强度应变影响。根据该特性,建立了解调模型,验证了双厚度等腰三角形悬臂梁结构传感器压力温度双参量检测的可行性。Fiber Bragg Grating(FBG)sensors usually adopt ordinary cantilever beams for sensitization.There area multi-sensitization problem caused by temperature.Ansys and Matlab were used to analyze two kinds of dualparametersensor structure design.One was uniform thickness double-isosceles triangle cantilever beam structure.The other was dual-thickness isosceles triangle cantilever beam structure.The surface strain of first structure wasnon-step dual-intension under pressure.The surface strain of second structure was step dual-intension under pressure,and it was one-intension under temperature changing.Based on this feature,the demodulation model of FBG sensorwith double thickness isosceles triangle cantilever beam structure was build.The double parameters sensor for themeasurement of pressure and temperature was verified of its feasibility.
