摘 要:以碱激活镍渣胶凝材料为研究对象,考察了养护龄期及混合碱中氢氧化钾含量对镍渣胶凝材料抗弯强度、抗压强度及微观结构的影响。实验结果表明,镍渣胶凝材料的抗弯强度和抗压强度随养护龄期的延长总体呈增大趋势。混合碱中氢氧化钾含量对镍渣胶凝材料强度的影响较为复杂,在养护龄期较短(小于7d)时,镍渣胶凝材料的抗弯强度和抗压强度均随着氢氧化钾含量的增加而增加;在养护龄期为28d时,抗弯强度随氢氧化钾含量的增加先缓慢增加后小幅降低,而抗压强度则随氢氧化钾含量的减少而明显增大,最大可达23.3MPa。The study took alkali activated nickel slag cementation materials as objects.The effect of the curing ageand potassium hydroxide content on the flexural strength,compressive strength and microstructure of nickel slagcementation materials were investigated.Results showed that the flexural strength and compressive strength ofnickel slag cementation materials are increasing with the extension of curing age.The effect of potassium hydroxidecontent on the strength of nickel slag cementing material is relatively complicated.When the curing age is shorter(less than7days),the flexural strength and flexural strength of nickel slag cementation materials will increase withthe content of potassium hydroxide.When the curing age is28days,the flexural strength will increase slowly first andthen decrease slightly with the increase of potassium hydroxide content.While the compressive strength increasessignificantly with the reduction of potassium hydroxide content,the maximum value can reach to23.3MPa.
