摘　　要：该文依据运动生物力学的基本原理、运动技能迁移规律、教育学的基本原理,分析降低篮圈高度在篮球教学中的应用价值,在提高学生投篮技术的掌握,并在培养学生学习兴趣、活跃课堂气氛等方面均有积极作用,使篮球教学质量有所提高。In this paper,based on the basic principles of sports biomechanics,sports skill migration patterns,the basic principleof pedagogy,analysis to reduce the basket height in the basketball teaching,the application of value in improving students'shooting techniques to master,and in training students'interest in learning,active classroom atmosphere,etc,all havepositive role,make the basketball teaching quality improved.
