摘　　要：磺脲类药物是临床使用最早的口服降糖药,临床应用广泛,尤其是最新的第二代磺脲类药物格列美脲,其疗效及安全性不断地提升且不良反应较前明显减少。本文将围绕磺脲类药物在国内外指南中的地位、磺脲类单药治疗的疗效及适用人群、磺脲类联合二甲双胍、新型降糖药物及基础胰岛素治疗的疗效、磺脲类药物长期使用的疗效等方面进行讨论,系统阐述磺脲类药物的特点及疗效。Sulfonylureas,one of the oldest and most widely used oral hypoglycemic agents.Its efficacy and safety have been constantly improved,while adverse effect were significantly reduced compared with the former.The position of sulfonylureas in guideline,the efficacy and application of sulfonylureas monotherapy,the efficacy of sulfonylurea combined with metformin,new hypoglycemic agents and basal insulin therapy,the efficacy of long-term use of sulfonylureas were reviewed to demonstrate the characteristics and efficacy of sulfonylureas.
